Nogin Sox Inc. specializes in the manufacturing, distribution and sale of
soft-foam decorative helmet covers throughout the United States and the
world. Headquartered in Temecula, California, Nogin Sox has successfully
developed a full line of covers for bicycling, skateboarding, skiing ,
snowboarding and any other active sport that requires the use of a protective
helmet.

Begun in concept in the late 1990's by the brothers Bouchez, the idea was
borne out of a need to make a child's helmet more fun to wear. Along the way,
we were pleased to discover that adults favored their use just as much as kids.
Fun rides, critical masses and charity events are all favorites with entire
teams donning Nogin Sox for the day.

It took years and numerous iterations to arrive at the product you see today.

February 2005 saw the debut of Nogin Sox to the world at the American
International Toy Fair in New York City. There, the industry and press alike
embraced the products as innovative, functional and fun.

Nogin Sox is committed to continuous improvement and originality in all of our
products. We're also committed to the increased use of protective helmets
for people of all ages, in all active sports.
